for the

2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR

Position:  6^th grade Science Teacher

This position is a 1-year position for the 2025-26 school year only.

Qualifications: Current substitute teaching permit, or an Indiana teachers license preferred.                                  

Requirements: 

·        Proper knowledge of 6th-grade science standards and instruction.

·        Working understanding of curriculum, instruction, and assessment.

·        Appropriate student behavior management skills.

·        Strong organizational, communication, technology, and interpersonal skills.

·        An interest and desire in teaching 6^th grade.

·        Must be a team player, interested in working with other 6th-grade teachers and subject areas.
